Sometimes two people get married, have a beautiful wedding with the normal nerves and small glitches — and then there are the weddings that are simply destined to be trouble from the moment of the sun rising in the sky on the wedding day. These are the stories of such a wedding.
In This Wedding is Doomed! we have four stories (novellas) that take place around one wedding that is truly a wedding planner’s worst nightmare, a maid of honor’s chance, a difficult spot to be in for the best man and our bride – well, she’s got the worst situation of all.
The stories flow easily from one to the other, and just when one situation seems resolved another one begins. It was funny, charming, and romantic comedy at it’s best. While I personally enjoyed the bride’s story, the ending one, the most – they all were enjoyable reads I don’t feel comfortable giving away too much of each story as they are novellas, but if you enjoy romantic comedy and tear up at the very idea of a wedding, This Wedding is Doomed! is perfect for you.
I can definitely recommend this novel along with the disclaimer to be ready to laugh and perhaps shed a tear at this crazy doomed wedding.
