There’s just something about a man with a hidden agenda that grabs my attention every single time.  And does Mercer ever have one whopper of a hidden reason for his initial contact with Zoe.

Mercer is part of a Special Ops team – and right now the mission at hand is to track down a traitor to our country, one who doesn’t care about the lives they end by giving away vital military information.  The focus right now is on one particular highly ranked military family – Zoe’s.

Zoe had gone out on a bar hopping night with a friend and found herself caught up in the stare of the sexy, indecently handsome man at the other end of the bar.  Soon that stare would turn into so much more.  The man behind the sexy stare was Mercer.  Bound and determined to get to know Zoe intimately, as in her bed, and completely – enough to brand her traitor or someone caught up in the crossfire.  But he would complete this mission, even when the Zoe he came to know was nothing like the woman he thought he had bagged as a danger to his country.

I really enjoyed Dangerous To Know – and I am on deck to grab the rest of the series as soon as they are available.  Any series that starts off with a hot ‘n heavy story like this one is a series that I’m going to want to follow to the end.

I will admit that there is a lot tossed at the reader in the very beginning.  Military personal, names, missions, the good guys and the bad ones too.  This is going to be a detailed series, and we’re getting to know a bit about the entire team from the start.  So, please, don’t let that overloaded beginning stop you from continuing on to the good stuff.  Passion, suspense, tensions, lies, deceit – and the love of a lifetime, should Mercer and Zoe survive.  It’s action packed and a page turner that you don’t want to miss the beginning of.  Now the wait for the next in the series to come out… but the wait is well forth the story, in my opinion.

If you love hot and sexy romances, if drama, action and solving puzzles makes your heart tick faster – then Dangerous To Know is a book you will want to pick up.  I would definitely recommend for lovers of military romance, suspense or even mystery lovers – and of course, the romance lover in all of us.
