I had an absolute blast with Unsolicited Advice – and if you don’t, for some unexplainable reason, pick William as your next long term book boyfriend then, honey, you are missing out on some serious all around deliciousness.
Quirky isn’t a word I’d usually use to describe a character or a romance, but it fits so well with this one. William set out to get the advice columnist who gave advice for one situation to admit she was wrong, to un-ruin his life, the life that he’d planned out before her totally wrong advice came along. It was what he lived, breathed, planned for and executed right up until the moment he first saw Miss Anonymous in person. And then everything he’d planned started to fall apart. Not because he shouldn’t do any of it, but because this woman wasn’t what he’d expected… and maybe saving her life was more important than giving him back the life he’d once had. Of course, you’d get all of that and a bit more from the cover blurb – and I find that I don’t want to go into any more details… at all. For me to say much more would take away your discovery of a delightful, emotional, touching love story that you definitely need to get to reading – like, right now.
I had more tears from laughter and emotions with this book than I have for a very long time. It’s emotional, the situations are humorous but the issues are very real and quite honest in their descriptions. Heidi and William came alive for me from the very first page, and I simply got more involved in them finding their happy ending as the story moved along. I believe that any Romance reader, no matter their preferred genre, would enjoy Unsolicited Advice. It will melt your heart, touch your emotions, give you a few laughs and even more to think about. I loved every moment I spent with this story and I would highly recommend you discover this story for yourself.
