Spend the holiday season with the Summers sisters on the charming Devonshire coast, where family bonds are strengthened, love is rekindled, and Christmas joy abounds.
Christmas novella/companion to the On Devonshire Shores series.
This is a clean, sweet romance with either closed doors or fade to black, or only kissing.
Title: A Sea View Christmas

My Rating: 4.5 stars
A Sea View Christmas is a holiday novella in the On Devonshire Shores series, and includes a reunion that I’ve been hoping for since the very beginning of the series. Although one could read any book in a series and have an enjoyable time, I strongly feel that this series is best if read in order, as some events build on things that happened previously. I also know that it isn’t always possible to do that, so if you are merely picking up this Christmas novella, you’ll enjoy yourself immensely and be tempted to go back to the beginning.
I had such a good time reuniting with the Summer sisters once again. This time, Sarah is going to finally find her way back to the man she loves. But it’s going to take some soul-searching, some faith, and perhaps, some help from her sisters to bring that about.
Georgiana, the youngest sister, has grown up throughout this series and is about to test her heart in love. I loved seeing that while she may have tamed her tomboyish ways (somewhat), she is still full of vivid life, mischief, and has grown into quite the young lady.
An additional treat is showing us how Christmastime was celebrated in Regency times. Far different than today, of course, and it was fun and entertaining to see how those celebrations brought joy and faith to so many.
I enjoyed A Sea View Christmas by Julie Klassen very much. If you love a well-written historical romance, full of love and laughter, sisterhood, and finding that just-right person to build a life with… even if it takes some time to see that happen, then you’d adore this story.
