Final Witness is the eighth title in the Big Sky Justice series, and it hits the ground running from the first page onwards.  BIA Agent Nizhoni Gray has held the trauma of her best friend’s murder close to her heart; it’s driven her to her career choices, and her determination to find justice for her is intense.  As new information comes to light in the cold case investigation, she’ll work alongside FBI Agent Aiden Erikson to finally bring a murderer to justice.  They never expected the threats directed at Nizhoni to be so focused, or to find themselves falling in love in the midst of a criminal investigation that could turn deadly in a heartbeat for either of them… but then love never waits for the perfect timing, does it?

The intensity of Nizhoni and Aiden’s story is just one of the many reasons that this author is an automatic request/buy for me.  Nizhoni is a smart, stubborn woman who has no need for an alpha male stepping in to watch over her as she investigates… good thing that Aiden doesn’t have that mindset; he’ll fight side by side with her to solve the case, while trying to protect this stubborn woman he’s falling for fast.  Their story is well-written, emotional, passionate, and dangerous as the threats intensify and it becomes clear that someone in the know doesn’t want this cold case solved.  Through twists, turns, and red herrings, we’ll watch two people bring down a vile villain and set the stage for their own happy ending.  If that sounds like your kind of Romantic Suspense, then Final Witness is perfect for you.
