Cover Description:
Iris Clayton is supposed to be on a tropical island, soaking up the sun and a few dozen mojitos. Instead, she’s snowbound in Chicago overnight, holding out hope the morning flight isn’t cancelled. Good thing there’s a hot cowboy to keep her company. And it doesn’t hurt that Mr. Tall, Calm, and Sun-Streaked can make her tremble with one sultry look from under his well-worn hat.
Montana rancher Nash Wallace sucks at ice skating, has no clue what a selfie is, and may be a tad averse to breaking and entering, but being with Iris makes him want to bend a few rules. Or, hell, throw them out the window altogether. She’s fun, spontaneously crazy, and can rock a Muppet fur coat like no one’s business. He’s falling hard and fast, but wanting to spend his life with someone after one night is insane.
Except, nothing has ever felt so right, and neither of them wants the night to end.
Read on for my thoughts on Loving Her Crazy. No true spoilers, promise.
Is there anything more frustrating than having a plane delay when you just want to get where you’re going? That’s exactly what is facing fellow travelers Iris and Nash – strangers caught up in the blizzard raging outside and stuck in Chicago when they want and need to be somewhere else.
Two people, probably as opposite as you can get, one a rancher the other a city girl – but something happened when these two met, something unexpected and fun and life changing. You can’t really fall in love for life in one night – right? When what you feel is so right, even if it makes no sense shouldn’t you hold on tight?
I absolutely adored Iris and Nash’s story. It’s funny with wonderful banter and characters who are as comfortable as your best friend. Loving Her Crazy is one of those stories that makes reading romance so enjoyable for me. A good story, engaging people and situations that might be a touch impossible and yet are still within the realm of possibilities. I like walking along that line, and I’m betting other readers would be too.
*I received an e-ARC of Loving Her Crazy from the publisher and NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. That does not change what I think of this novel.*
