Puppy Love & Snowflake Kisses is the second title in the Kringle Falls, Vermont series, featuring Belle and Parker’s unique enemies-to-lovers romance.  Parker is a strict follower of rules, and Belle is more, let’s say, flexible about them.  One more moving violation encounter tips Belle over into the “cannot stand the man” attitude, so when her newly adopted stray puppy goes missing, it’s the no-rule breaker who must come to her aid.  Neither expected one little puppy’s plight to lead to their happy ever after ending… go figure!

Both Belle and Parker are complicated characters with layers that are slowly revealed to show us their true personalities… when life isn’t tearing them down.  The mystery of why anyone would take sweet Odie kept me on my toes throughout.  Let’s just say that there are reasons why I often like animals more than some humans.  Actually, Odie just shines with puppy-ness and cuteness while he steals every scene he’s in.

I loved the Christmas magic of Puppy Love & Snowflake Kisses, and the matchmaking shenanigans going on as well.  Watching walls fall, emotions take over, and seeing this couple open up to each other and let the other in to their lives was such an emotional journey.  Laced with laughter, puppy cuteness, and touches of danger, Belle, Parker, and Odie’s story is definitely going on my annual “must re-read Christmas romance” list.  If a well-written, engaging, emotional Christmas Romance sounds like the perfect present to give yourself this season, then you’ll love Puppy Love & Snowflake Kisses by Jennifer Faye.
