Never mind a pony. The Tucker girls have inherited their father’s horse farm for Christmas. Make that . . . a run-down horse farm. It needs some serious TLC in order to make it sell-ready. Joanna knows that by recruiting her sisters and one handsome ranch hand they can fix up the place and even celebrate one last Christmas while they’re at it. However, to Isabella, returning to their home in Kentucky bluegrass country for Christmas seems like an impossible hurdle. Can her Chicago boyfriend make life merry and bright again?
One thing’s for sure—nothing is peace on earth for Sophia as a new beau brings up old wounds. And when the fate of the horse farm is put in jeopardy because Amy accidentally fraternizes with the enemy, tensions rise. But it’s not like the land developer stole Christmas . . . just her heart.
Can the Tucker sisters have themselves a merry little Christmas?

Read on for my thoughts on Sleigh Bells Ring. No true spoilers, promise.
Sometimes there is only one way to resolve the past. Going home to face not only the past but the future as well the four Tucker sisters have some life changing decisions to make regarding what to do about their home that was left to all four girls by their father. A father they had kept their distance from for reasons that now don’t seem all that important.
Joanna, Bella, Sophia and Amy have to face the past in order to move on – and that is not as easy as it sounds. All of the sisters will find or rekindle love in this seamlessly woven collection of stories based around one theme – family.
I love Christmas stories, actually any time of the year. Novella collections are usually enjoyable individual stories, but not connected. In Sleigh Bells Ring we get the feel of a complete novel surrounding one family that needs some Christmas magic, forgiveness and true love. Each story is told from one sister’s point of view of her past, her family and her love. Combine them all as they each flow into the next sister’s story and you have what has the feel of a family’s story.
Clean, sweet, unafraid to mention God or prayers, these four women will find a deeper love than any expected in this entertaining collection of Christmas novellas… and perhaps something just as precious as love and that is forgiveness. Give yourself a treat this Christmas season and pick up Sleigh Bells Ring. I found a unique Christmas magic in the Kentucky setting, I believe you will too.
*I received an e-ARC of this novel from the publisher via NetGalley for an honest review. That does not change what I think of this novel.*
